Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service or no-shows will not be refunded.

Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered, Beyond Kanazawa will offer a reschedule or full refund at our discretion.
